We are pleased to welcome 16 musicians to perform their 8th annual "Christmas Season TubaFest" inside the Wildhorse Theatre on December 30th!

*This event is all about fundraising for the Cranbrook Foodbank! Please bring your Foodbank donations with you! Thank you! *

These dedicated musicians will be traveling from as close as Cranbrook, and all the way from Nelson, Calgary, Creston, and Windermere to entertain you!

Performance begins at 2pm, and concludes at 3pm.

Join us in the cafe for a warm lunch and coffee before the show!
The park will be open for the day from 10am-4pm.

We are very happy to host Cranbrook's Family Fishing Derby for Kids with Cancer here, at Fort Steele Heritage Town, for the third year in a row.

This event is proudly brought to you by the Kin Club of Cranbrook.

There may not be icefishing here, but you will find many other exciting activities to participate in throughout the day.

Admission for this event is $10 for adults, and $5 for children and seniors.Proceeds from the event support local children and families facing cancer through the Canadian Cancer Society’s support programs.

Want to try your hand at Gold Panning? Now is your chance!

Pan for a gold nugget and other prizes. Competitors pan wild horse creek gravel from a wheelbarrow. In the gravel is a gold nugget buried along with prize tokens. When you finish your first scoop, you run back for another until all gravel is gone or all prizes are found.
Cost is $5.00 per event.

Fort Steele Pro D Day Camps give children the opportunity to experience some of the fascinating activities that Fort Steele has to offer.  Your children will be engaged throughout the day taking part in indoor as well as outdoor activities.
