Throughout the day characters entertain visitors with a series of short plays, bringing to life the events leading to the rise and fall of Fort Steele. On
the streets and inside some Heritage buildings, our troupe of actors portray some of the individuals who lived in Fort Steele at the turn- of-the-19th-century.
Visitors are encouraged to participate in the plays by heckling a politician, testifying in a trial, or cleaning black boards for the school marm.
Living History performances are offered
daily through the Summer Season.
